CANCELLATION / CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
DELIVERY
Once received, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. For a limited time, Venustas is offering FREE ground shipping within the US and Canada. Currently we do not offer shipping to other countries other than US, Canada.

1. The delivery time listed about is for reference. Actual delivery time may vary. We will try our best to deliver items ASAP.
2. APO, FPO & DPO Addresses and Alaska & Hawaii states are not available for delivery currently.
3. When items are out of stock, items can be shipped from our facotory after confirmation of customer, which means it will take longer than usual. It will be 8-20 days.
